Like many of you, I’ve struggled with anxiety and the stress of juggling multiple commitments. From a young age, I tried various methods to organize my life—school, work, personal projects, chores, social life, hobbies, and new habits. I often found myself overwhelmed by the sheer volume of things I had to manage. In response, I began creating my own organizational methods and routines to ensure that I was covering all areas of my life without missing anything. This approach gave me the peace of mind I needed to thrive.
